Assorted Arancini Bites, Set of 30

If you travel throughout Southern Italy, you'll find street vendors selling arancini, a favorite street snack, still warm and crisp, fresh from the fryer. Filled with tender rice and gooey cheese with a crisp, golden crust, it's the ultimate comfort food and the perfect size for appetizers. Our assortment includes a trio of savory flavors, all made with crisp Panko crumb exteriors filled with rice, cheese and tender vegetables. Prep couldn't be easier – just heat and enjoy.

Three Cheese: Blend of Japanese rice with Mozzarella, Gouda and Gruyère cheeses.

Tomato Basil Pesto: Japanese sticky rice blended with fresh basil pesto, chopped Roma tomatoes and Italian cheeses.

Sweet Onion Kale: Mix of sweet sautéed onions and savory chopped kale, Japanese rice and Italian cheeses.

Receiving Instructions

• The appetizers ship frozen with dry ice, which may have evaporated during shipment. This is normal. Please take care not to touch any remaining dry ice with bare hands. Upon receipt, store the appetizers in the freezer. Keep frozen, up to 18 months, until ready to bake.

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove appetizers from packaging and place on a lined baking pan in the center of the oven. Bake for 12–14 minutes until golden brown. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
